The CT Message Center is owned and operated by
CT Communications, an independent telephone
company located in Urbana, Ohio. For over
eighty years, CT Communications has continually
worked to deliver top quality products and
services to its customers. Because we are an
independent company not associated with fly by
night fronts or mega multi-state
conglomerations, we have always been able to
remain a step ahead, bringing our customers the
latest technology innovations and, of course,
the very best service possible. CT
Communications was the home for many of Ohio
Bell's telephone operators. In mid 1989, Ohio
Bell decided to discontinue live operator
services as it existed. Because of this, many
operators were left without jobs. CT
Communications felt a deep commitment to these
employees. With much thought and consideration,
the CT Message Center, a live answer messaging
service for businesses, was created
incorporating these seasoned veterans and their
expertise. With their assistance, the CT
Message Center has grown and become much more
then just an answering service. Our staff of
Telephone Secretaries are friendly,
professional operators with years of experience
and the capability to meet the needs of our
clients and their callers.
