CT EXPRESS VELOCITY BASIC INSTALLATION OUTLINE

Basic Installation Work to be Performed
• Site Survey
• Joint Planning of installation (Customer and CT Velocity Installer)
       - Signal testing - Assembly of Radio
• Mount Radio with standard mounts
• Use Mount included with Radio
       - Bolt-on or screw to existing structure
- Hose clamp to existing mast/tower
- U-Bolt to existing mast/tower
- Use Satellite dish type adjustable mount
- Bolt-on or screw to existing structure
- U-Bolt to existing mast/tower Routing of cable from mount along structure through one wall penetration and one floor penetration
- (only if serviceable crawl space or basement exists). Note: Does not include burying cable.
• Alignment of equipment for greatest performance.
• Installation/connection of SDA power unit.
• SDA shall be located at Main Personal Computer (PC)
        - Only Main PC will be connected, it is assumed the PC has a NIC (Network Interface Card or Ethernet card).
- PC configuration will be changed to permit Internet Browser to utilize Velocity Service.
- A Shortcut shall be created in Internet Browser Favorites called CT Help pointing to CTCN's Support Website to assist PC users in setting up other applications.
Telephone Support is available from CT (937-484-0999) to set up email, Usenet, or other CT supported applications.

Installation Materials to be Provided at No Charge
• Up to 320 feet of Category 5 cable (from Radio to SDA only) with connectors.
• One 6 ft Category 5 Patch Cable.
• Screws, bolts, clamps, fasteners for standard mount and cable routing.
• Weather sealant for connectors and exterior wall penetration.
• Jack/Plate to cover up cable penetration.

You will be notified of any additional charges for non-standard Installation before work commences by the Installer on the job.

Riley Antenna (CT's Authorized Velocity Installation Contractor), can perform custom installation for additional fee. This fee would be payable directly to Riley Antenna Systems.
