CTCN.NET WEB HOSTING INFORMATION
Setting up a domain requires two steps. First, the domain must be registered with a certified domain name registrar. Second, in order to host a domain with CTCN.Net, you will need to set up a web hosting account with us. Domains hosted at CTCN.Net need to have CT's Internet partner, NeoNova.net, listed as the technical contact during the domain registration process. In addition, you will also need our DNS server information to complete registration. The necessary information to do this is provided below.
For new domains, you can register your own domain with a certified domain name registrar. For existing websites transferring to CTCN.Net, you will need to change the technical contact information on the website's Who is Record to list CT's Internet partner, NeoNova.net.
In either case, once NeoNova.net is listed as the technical contact, CT can then link your Domain Name to your CTCN Web account (this is your username).
You will be responsible for your own website. Consequently, it is important that have software to create, upload, and manage your web files. There are a wide variety of programs at varying skill levels available. Choose one that is right for you. Being familiar with FTP (file transfer protocol) and basic HTML editing will be helpful.

You will use an FTP program, or the FTP process built into your HTML editing software, to log into the web server. You will need the username and password of your Internet account to log in. Follow the instructions provided by your software in order to upload your website.
