More HD Channels to Enjoy on CTTV!
CT Communications is committed to providing quality digital television service and we are pleased to announce the addition of new high definition channels to our CTTV lineup!
These new HD channels include local broadcast station network affiliates for ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, The CW, and PBS. All of our HD customers can now watch their favorite local news, weather, and prime-time programming starting at channel 240 on CTTV.
We’re also excited to add several new HD cable channels as well. These include Lifetime Movie Network HD, Oxygen HD, ESPNews HD, MSNBC HD, National Geographic HD, and Speed HD.

Customer Service Office Location & Time Changes
As Of October 30, 2011, CT Communications has consolidated all our customer service functions into one location at our 126 Scioto Street building in downtown Urbana. Anyone wishing to speak with a customer service representative for bill payment, bill questions, account disconnect / reconnect, new account activation, and other customer service functions will need to use this location.
As a consequence of this change, customer service functions will no longer be available at our 1679 East State Route 29 building in Urbana.
In addition to the location change, we are also implementing new customer service hours. These new hours are:
Monday through Friday - - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays - - closed
These changes were based on a review of how and when customers used our service locations. Customers who may have difficulty with the front stairs at our 126 Scioto Street location can call 653-4000 for assistance or to use the rear entrance of the building.
